A Friendly Gathering in Orange County — One Day to Reset, Connect, and Breathe
This is not a big retreat and not a formal workshop.
This is a friendly wellness gathering created for women who want to slow down, feel supported, and spend a meaningful day with like-minded people.
We are bringing this experience to Orange County because our community has been asking for it. For years, we’ve been hosting tea ceremonies, yoga gatherings, and sound healing events in Las Vegas — and people keep telling us the same thing: “It feels warm, safe, and real.” Now, for the first time, we’re inviting you to experience that same atmosphere here.
On March 14, we’ll come together for a one-day wellness experience focused on connection, relaxation, stress relief, and nervous system reset. You don’t need any experience with yoga, meditation, or sound healing. You don’t need to “know what you’re doing.” You just come as you are.
This gathering is for women who are:
-
feeling overwhelmed or emotionally tired
-
craving real connection and community
-
looking for a calm wellness event, not something intense or performative
-
interested in yoga, sound healing, tea rituals, mindfulness, and self-care
-
wanting a peaceful day that feels grounding and nourishing
During the day, you’ll experience a guided tea ceremony, gentle Kundalini yoga, and sound healing with live voice and sound bowls. Everything is created with care and intention, but without pressure. This is about being together, not fixing yourself.
If you’ve been searching for a women’s wellness event in California that feels human, warm, and welcoming — this is for you. A single day can be enough to reset, reconnect, and remind you that you’re not alone.

Meet the Trio
This day is guided by three women who genuinely love creating spaces where people feel welcome, relaxed, and supported. Each brings her own practice, but what unites us is how we hold the space — with care, presence, and attention to the people in the room. It’s designed to feel comfortable, easy, and welcoming from the moment you arrive.
