This is not a big retreat or a formal workshop.

It’s a friendly one-day wellness gathering for women who want to slow down, feel supported, and spend meaningful time with like-minded people.

On March 14, we’re bringing together tea rituals, gentle Kundalini yoga, and sound healing to create a calm, grounding experience focused on relaxation, connection, and nervous system reset. No experience is needed — just come as you are.

This gathering has been lovingly created in response to our community asking us to bring this experience to California for the first time.
