Errors

Shipping times are estimates only. All shipments are made pursuant to shipment contracts. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. If payment authorization fails, your order may be cancelled.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise determined by us in good faith.

 

6. Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at catalystteacompany@gmail.com.

Unopened items may be returned within 30 days for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
