MEET THE PLANTS BEHIND YOUR CUP
Wisdom of the Herbs
Each month, we’ll explore one herb featured in your tea collection—its flavor, story, and traditional associations. We’ll brew together, settle into a guided meditation inspired by the month’s theme, and leave space for reflection and questions.
Your monthly online gathering and replay are included with your subscription. No experience needed—just bring your tea and a favorite mug.

Meet Your Host
Meet Karina, the tea blender and host behind Catalyst Tea Company.
Through her blends and hands-on workshops, she brings people together to explore the flavors and stories of plants. In the Tea Circle, she’ll guide you through a monthly herb discovery, shared tea ritual, and gentle meditation—creating a little space for curiosity, connection, and yourself.
