Delve into the world of tea, and learn how to brew the best butterfly pea tea!
If you're up to date on the current tea trends, then you've heard about Butterfly Pea tea. It's become popular as of late because of its fun color-changing ability. But, the tea itself is steeped deep in mythological culture and history. In India, the flower is named after the Hindu goddess, Aparajita, and is regularly used in daily ceremonial rituals.
Natural Health Boost
The butterfly pea flower is packed full of antioxidants, specifically ternatin. Which also gives the flower and the tea it produces its vivid coloring. Ternatin has shown consistent mitigation of inflammation through scientific research and promising results in suppressing cancer cell growth.
