Join us for a free sunset gathering at Gardens Park — an evening of tea, movement, sound, and community.
We’ll begin with a grounding tea ceremony by Catalyst Tea Company, followed by Kundalini Yoga guided by Albina of Soul Fire Ceremony, and finish with a deeply relaxing sound healing bath as the sun sets.
