About the Event
Rosemary: Memory, Protection & Remembrance
Experience rosemary through the senses while discovering the stories, traditions, and symbolism that have surrounded this familiar herb for centuries. Then move into a guided meditation inspired by the essence of rosemary, flowing into the sounds of crystal singing bowls to create space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect.
Wisdom of Herbs
This gathering is part of Wisdom of Herbs, a monthly botanical series where each month we discover one herb through sensory experience, history and symbolism, guided meditation, and sound.
