About the Event
Peppermint: Clarity, Energy & Winter Traditions
Experience peppermint through the senses while discovering the stories, symbolism, and seasonal traditions that have made it such a beloved plant. Then move into a guided meditation inspired by the bright, refreshing essence of peppermint, flowing into the sounds of crystal singing bowls to create space to clear the mind, reset, and reconnect with yourself during the busy season.
Wisdom of Herbs
This gathering is part of Wisdom of Herbs, a monthly botanical series where each month we discover one herb through sensory experience, history and symbolism, guided meditation, and sound. Each gathering offers a new way to experience a familiar plant — not only by learning about it, but by slowing down and connecting with its character through the senses, reflection, meditation, and sound.
